Return/Refund

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please contact us through our email info@gofashy.com within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.

Return/Refund Process

1. Please contact us through our email, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason, attach photo(s) for quality problems.

2. After receiving return address and instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office.

4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and the tracking number of your returns, we could expedite your refund/exchange. Once, your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Condition

1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact through our email within 14 days of delivery.

2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without contacting us first.

3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • beauty
  • bodysuits
  • lingerie
  • swimwear
  • jewelry
  • mask
  • accessories.

4. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by Gofashy.

6. We will arrange an exchange or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt.

7. Order cancellation:

Unfortunately, we will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is shipped.

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Return Address

We have warehouses in different countries around the Globe! If you want to return the items, please do not hesitate to contact us through our email info@gofashy.com. Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address base on your order details within 48 hours.

NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

How do I receive my refund?

Incase, you are not satisfied with your order, we can provide full refunds to you once the products are shipped back to us.

In the event that shipping costs would exceed the value of your items, we will make an agreement with you on your unreturned items.

Please, do not make returns directly to the address on the package you received. Please, send ONLY to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will be valid after accepted by our customer service center.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, we offer full refunds. We ask that you provide a photo of the product to our customer service department so that we may work to process your refund request. Please contact us through our email info@gofashy.com, we will reply to you within 2-3 business days.
